On spawn: Give Rama-Tut A Curse of Khonshu that doesn't need an action and Blessing of Ra. Rama-tut can hold 4 items and he can use any item he gets instantly. When Rama-Tut uses four items on his turn he can get any item out of the deck and use it for free.
A variant that spawns when he who He Who Remains dies
