Harry always spawns with KOV in his spawn. If he spends two turns in the KOV tile he unlocks Dave's golf cart as a vehicle. When his teammates die he can use Dave's golf cart to pick them up and take them back to the KOV tile to revive at half health after two turns with Harry and the golf cart in the KOV tile.
I don't have a good image that isn't from the kov website and maybe make the gold cart give better stats
