(With a Limit of Once Per Item, Per Turn) When Activated, Party Time Rules apply for 1 Rotation After, AND 1 Rotation Prior. Ex: When I activate it, those Rules Apply to Items I gain/gained on my Turn, it applies retroactively to Items gained on each Enemy Turn Before Mine, And Each Enemy Turn After
