(1 Points) +1 Range (5 Points) +1 Attack (10 Points) +1 Speed (15 Points) +1 Defense (25 Points) An Upgraded Dice Tier (50 Points) 1 Extra Action These Buffs can only be Granted in Exchange for Contractual Deals. Deals must be Proposed Publically and in Writing. They also MUST Follow the Format listed below... Every Deal MUST be Composed of 4 Parts. 1. List the Buffs you will give. These Buffs will be allocated by the Recieving Team and will Immediately Activate for 1 Rotation. 2. The Timeframe you allow them to Complete this Deal. (If Deal is incomplete when this Time is Up, Punishment Ensues) 3. What EXACTLY this Team Needs to Accomplish in order to Complete the Deal 4. The Punishment if the Deal is Incomplete (What the Recieving Team MUST Do. Must be Physically Possible)
